Millie's Petcarers is currently recruiting for the following areas:

Cambridge, Ely, Newmarket and Saffron Walden.

Without our Customers, we would not be able to do the work we love. So we will be making the most stringent background checks on all applicants to ensure the highest standards of Pet Care are maintained. These will include, but are not limited to: Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check, ten year checkable work history with references, character references from three persons not related to the applicant. If you are uncomfortable with any of these requirements, this is not the post for you, as the safety of our Customers, their pets and their homes is of paramount importance to us and we must make every attempt to provide them with a Petcarer that is suitable for their needs.

Ideally, you will be mature, perhaps retired or semi-retired, but fit and active. However, maturity of outlook and common sense go a long way and all applications will be considered on merit. You will have a confident, cheerful and outgoing disposition and be discreet and trustworthy in all circumststances. You will be able to provide suitable transport for your role, whether you choose Dogwalking, Homesitting, Home Visits, or a combination of these.

Above all, you will have a deep and genuine love of animals, their safety and their welfare.

Any relevant experience or qualifications are a definite bonus, although full training in all aspects of your role will be provided.
